All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (to arrive next day before 1pm)
This is charged from £8.00 (depending upon weight and size).
Orders to the rest of Europe are sent via Recorded Air Mail.
This is charged from £10.00 (depending upon weight and size).

Making A Purchase:

• Please E-mail or Phone for availability prior to ordering or sending money.
• We accept payment by Cheque, Postal order, Cash, Paypal or Bank transfers.
• Due to work and other commitments we cannot always dispatch orders straight away
• Orders are usually dispatched on a Tuesday unless by prior agreement but we usually require at least 2 days’ notice so orders placed late Sunday or Monday may not get processed until the following week.

Cheques and Cash
Cheques should be made payable to Martin Goss.
If sending cash it is advisable to send it by registered post as we cannot accept responsibility for cash lost in the post.
Terms of Sale:
Once payment is received orders are usually processed within 5 working days but we will notify you if there is a delay.
Live arrival is guaranteed on livestock sent within the UK using Special Delivery unless otherwise stated. 1st class post can be used at your request but we will not accept responsibility for deaths or delays.
In the unfortunate event of stock arriving dead (DOA), or mistakes in your order, please notify us immediately (within 24hrs of receipt). You will need to carefully pack any dead specimens and return them for a refund or replacement at our discretion. We do not cover costs of posting replacements
We regret that we cannot issue refunds other than against the return of the specimen. Livestock subject to availability and price alteration.

Scientific names are, to the best of our knowledge, correct. We accept no liability for species found to be incorrectly identified.
Export Orders: We can export to Europe, but importing livestock is at your own risk. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee live arrival outside the UK. Proof of posting and a Royal Mail tracking number can be supplied after posting. Once the order has been dispatched we can no longer be held responsible due to the vagaries of the international postal services and customs. Also, it is your responsibility for ensuring the legality of importing the animals into your country.
Please Note: All spiders, scorpions and some other Invertebrates are venomous, toxic or poisonous to a degree, but we do not sell any species which require a Dangerous Wild Animal License in the UK. You are advised not to handle them unless you have some experience, and always wash your hands afterwards. You are buying these creatures at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any injury or fatality caused by any of the insects/invertebrates.
It is recommended that before buying any living animal you know how to look after them. Please read one of the many books available or check on the web for care info.
